Once again, new presidio's dropped, it's been 1 year and 2 months since they dropped to the south, they have dropped on the left side 2 times, top 2 times and on the right side 2 times. Why is it they never drop them to the south? They should have dropped on the south now prior to the last 2 drops. Why is this? Why isn't plarium more consistant with the drops, it doesn't give us all a fair opportunity to get new presidio's.
