So the server went down for hours and couple of my Bh members didn't get the chance to harbor troops...one of them lost 1 K jaugs + 1 K SOL + couple thousands of mercenay.
How can the server get down without prior notice ...it's not cheap to get offense and lose it just like that cuz of plarium it's just not acceptable.
sorry to inform you but this is not possible that player get units back.
Same happened to me but i was lucky lose few pirates only still it aches.
and regarding server crash, i personally suspect it was DDOS attack and plarium really can't do anything about it. Instead we called them and than they woke up in middle of the night to fix it for us.

Yes he should be polite.
These are the manners. and it is politeness that may get you something. If you are going to tell them what the hell etc. they will not be as good as they could be in case of politeness.
