When clicking the BH tab the 2 crossed swords on the right of the screen or the brethren court you have the option to either join a BH or create one. Being by the sound of it you're new to the game I suggest joining a BH first to get a grasp of the game then go out to create a BH. A proper leader needs to be able to teach and guide their crew. If your knowledge of the game is limited then you're bound to fail as a leader.
