I have a BH member that is not receiving the rewards for Brotherhood adventures, she has been with us well over a week and does the adventures but sometimes her points sre count and other times they are not,and the rewards are never right. Can someone advise if there is a fix for this or how to get her to normal. Thanks so much.

She says she never received the letter from Capt anne bonny saying she was a full member is there a way to reset this or any idea how we fix it.
