by the way , there is a troubleshooting when you sett rank for BH.

we see that with influent points we are more than 4500 point. another BH have the same trouble.

but you display all time 450 or 0 . this is wrong

ours rank could be not 450 points as representative and we are grow up now.

PLease fix this, because rank are not representative our BH.

We are also having trouble with the influence points that are not adding up in the Brotherhood ranking. We score influence points but they dont add up so we are at place 91 in the Brotherhood ranking, while we need to be about 30 places up.

Already send a ticket to your guys for a while ago, but until now this issue is not resolved. Could you be so kind to take a look at this again?

Thanks for getting back to me, its still not resolved, We are getting points but they still add up. When you hoover over the points the strange thing is that than it will let you see the real ammount of points you are having. I also see that other BH's have the same problem. The points just dont add up so we are in the same place for weeks already.

We had this issue in nords and our dev is already investigating the issues. I hope they get it sorted soon.

Believe me such glitches are the most difficult to find & most difficult to resolve.

I will ask my CM & will provide any additional info if we had any. Personally i am expecting this to get resolved in this week.

There was just 2250 (1st achievement) points added, still missing 9000 points (2nd achievement)

It still isnt fixed, another achievement was reached and instead of getting 3600 points added they added only half (1800)

We are more than 10.000 points short at the moment. 4 Tickets were filled in to Customer Support, the only thing I am getting back is an auto-mail.

Please, please, please. Fix this issue.

Our total points for a few weeks ago where: 20700

We completed two achievements: 1st one was 2250 points and the second one was 9000 points.

They added only the first one (2250 points) that brought the total on 22950 (20700+2250)

This morning another achievement was completed that gave us 3600 points.

They didnt add 3600 but 1800 points (we did get exactly half of what we were entitled of), so the total is now 24750

We are still missing 9000 + 1800 = 10800 points and are total should be 35550 !!!!

Please can someone take a look into this because filling in tickets doesnt work out.
