I have a issue with getting or opening these reward chests.

When our BH wins few chests in some event and I claim them from the event menu, I then go to smuggler's den (to the right tab ofc) just to see nothing new has been added.

After some time, basic reward appears. I open it and I would expect standart reward to be there. But no no no, I have to wait some time till it appears. And then again for the next reward...

Am I doing something wrong or?

No nothing wrong on your side.

1- Your contribution toward BH adventure is immediately counted (which will show let say you achieved next chest, but to get it refreshed for your BH & chest to appear will take a little time, let say 5-10 mins)

2- Better thing is visit your smuggler den once every 2 days & you can open all of it, you will have still 24+ hours in expiration and you can save yourself from irritation.

Click on Events Tab in lower left of screen. When it opens there should be a message at the very top. Above the tournaments. Just click on it.
