For ransom - you want your top 3 resource producing blocks setup for ransom. All others don't get counted. You can have 4 or 1000 and only the 3 that are actively collecting are the onces counted. Ransom is based off of resources collected.
Blocks - 100 points = 1 block. For this one all previous weeks blocks aren't supposed to count. Best way to get a heads start is to send out blocks that land just after weekly reset. But be mindful they won't land before you recall your troops from the previous weeks blocks.
Prizes - prize points per prize defeated. Each prize tells you how much points it gives after defeating them.
Off/Def - don't quote me but i believe those are based off the offensive or defensive value of troops killed.
