Season 1 is complete and a great success! However, a player's expectation is that Season 2 would start when Season 1 ended.
Development challenges, miscordination, long nights? It is New Year's Eve, and we Pirates are known to like Rum! So understanding is in the paradigm.

I never bought finishers, so I didn't know about rubies. The way you describe it, it sounds like you should raise a ticket here.
As for the resources, you get them the first time you login or reload after the Season has ended.
