2. A Whirlpool o' Fate can be used to relocate a Haven to a specific Vacant Lot.

After relocatin’ yer Haven, ye will need to wait about 5 minutes before ye can use another Relocation Whirlpool.

with that said im guessing u can use it as many times as u wish, but it comes with a price 

Question as a very new player and has so much to learn about all things here, one question about the whirlpools.. now i don't see me doing this but its something that i need an answer too.. suppose a haven is under attack can  the whirlpool function be activated while being attacked and if so what happens to the attacking fleet  if the haven they are attacking just up and moves ? does the  attack just return home ?

From what I've seen in Total Domination there isn't a limit. Yes this is a different game but other than theme a lot seems to be the same other than cost. In TD its 750 while Pirates its 4k.

In partikular, a "Whirlpool o' Fate", an' I be's a-wonderin', on which (server) Sea be this found? How might this poor Pirate acquire such a rare an' valuable item? I'ffn it not be's too much trouble, I'll be a-waitin' yer reply......

Please specify which platform (Plarium/FB) and server (The Pirate Bay/The Golden Coast/Sirens' Strait) you're playing at, and at which coordinates.

Is the whirlpool in your inventory, or did it vanish?

That's debatable. If you are running away from harassment, I agree. But if a person is harassing someone, you'd want them easily found even if they move away and "no one [being able] to find [them] through contacts lists or battle reports" would be seriously wrong. Of course, the game has no way of telling between the two situations.

Also, it's not at all clear that it's ok for your moving to delete an entry in someone else's Captain's Log.

Further, if you're in a BH - as majority of active players are - you can always be found through members list of that BH, so your proposed "solution" would work only for a very small number of players (those not in a BH). Notice that an innocent victim is far more likely to be tied to friends in BH than a random a-hole who just wants to harass people.

To make it clear: I understand and sympathise with you, but I think you're only focused on your own problem and "solving" it would introduce different, likely much bigger issues altogether, while not solving anything for most players.
