hello i need help i have a player that has attacked / blockaided me  over and over 4-5 times in the past 9 hours my bh members have liberated me and he then comes again and blockaids me again. 

i do not know this guy new did anything to him  

so what is one to do??

To me it sounds like you are being bullied here

No offence meant to you or your BH 

But what are you or your BH doing to put an end to this ?

My BH will not not tolerate bullies

This player doing it would get hammered by the members and it would continue till the bully throws up the white flag or has nothing left 

Both you and your BH are the only ones that can put a stop to this

If he's too much for you and your whole BH, either seek help from stronger BHs or just remain blocked.

Some of us consider blockades a protection, due to the game's poor design that the devs repeatedly refuse to change. There are almost no downsides to being blocked (only a ransom, which is just a minor inconvenience), and the block shields your unturtled troops from attacks. Then go poach that guy's and his BH's blocks. All they can do is hit his block on your haven. Of course, keep turtled, in case he lifts the block.

Occasionally self-liberate, just to mess with his ransom score, so he has hard time getting in Top 10 ransomers. If you fail, get someone outside of your BH to FS you and waste him some def.

In short: be more trouble than blocking you is worth. Since it's not worth anything without constant max. ransom, that's quite easy to accomplish.

if he keeps coming back my guess is he is gaining something from you, well least that's why i return to a haven ive hit...

If it's resources or Pvp .. he is using your base for his advantage 

What you can do is never leave your computer with full resources and troops out

make sure you have troops going at all times and troops put away 

my last is fireship him...

couple times him randomly being hit might get his attention, if the FS doesn't get much and it goes through then raid him...
