Also, it's just a visual glitch. The discount applies, but doesn't display.

i tried that many times when i had those discounts and every time i paid full price ....
even now when i have max number all fortifications on lvl 5 i'm getting discounts for them like i have space to build them.....
i'm playing this game for 327 days without a single day absence and i know what i'm talking about
