My ships and pirates keep getting destroyed by invaders. How do I keep them safe? In my haven or in my harbor or some other sequence.

Hey Larry,
In the harbor noone can reach them. And they be safe. Stronghold is where newly build units go, also where you want your Defense. Never mix offense/defense units you can ONLY use them for one thing alone.

Click on your harbor, then click on "SECURE" and then select the units you want to put safe.
In the beginning it's best to secure all your troops and not leave any out for others to attack.

whenever you're online the best suggestion is to constantly harbor troops that may be qued. When signing off harbor troops and also spend all your resources so you're less of a raid target. If you have have troops qued for while you're offline then do so during the week. Its makes you a target to do it during pvp, which is generally friday - sun. This is a game of strategy so planning is crucial
