If you are on the correct map and you're looking at the right coordinates, the haven should be there. What are the coords and the name of your main? Feel free to message me if you don't want to answer here.

Here’s the official reply I received from Plarium Support, in case anyone else encounters the same issue

"It seems that your main account is located on the Facebook – Pirate Bay server.

Unfortunately, for technical reasons, it’s impossible to create a new account on a Facebook server or to transfer your progress to Facebook servers. Therefore, you won’t be able to access your main account from the new one you created on the Plarium International server"

Hope this helps anyone who runs into the same problem.  

@Rosario Runza, thank you for the update. As suspected, it is a matter of the wrong map, although I admit forgetting that FB maps still exist. They have been closed off for new accounts for a couple of years now.

No one here can help with another player's account. Your friend needs to raise a ticket with the Support (category "Game account access"). They are likely to ask your friend about proof of any ruby purchases or something similar, in order to prove that the account is theirs, but let's leave it to the Support to ask the right questions.

@Rosario Runza, that sounds like your friend was away for so long that their haven got deleted (the name replaced with a number).

Yes, FB has been closed to new accounts for years now. So, while reviving an existing account should be doable, creating a new one (to transfer the progress of a deleted one there) would not be possible.
