Please clarify what do you mean under "My account was closed"? Do you mean banned?

Very simple question guys, if a person spends moneys here and his account is banned for some reason with no explonation , is it normal for you? Send a letter to support, no answer for second week. 

As a player: Regardless of paying, I think that the reason should be given. But I also know that many companies don't provide it. And refunding is never an option if the ban is considered your fault.

As a mod: Discussing specific cases in public (i.e., on the forum) is not allowed, so please don't go there. These are tricky things and can easily expose private details (not just yours!), which is why they don't allow it at all.

Also as a mod: please provide your ticket number and your player ID (or server and coords) if you know them, and I'll ask my CM if they can get more info on this for you. If you don't want it here, feel free to send it to me via DM, but do write here that you did so, because it might take me a while to notice it otherwise.

breaking the rules of the forum??? how do you think i should speak with you after you have banned my account that i have played for 7 years and spend moneys here? ok,  after a week of writing letters to you with many complains,MAIN ONE: that you havent PROVIDE me any PROVES of braking the rules : plarium have decided to re-open my account. but what about my other accounts? there is no problem in multi-account here, its not prohibited by your rules. many of us has from 1 to 100 accounts. so what is the problem? as i said you are scam company, you only help to ukrainian players , others are nobody for you. i have spoke with solicitor and he said that i can win a complain against you so i will do.

Bambi, Ana de Tinky is not the one who banned you. Forum and Support are separate entitites. Ana tried to get additional info in order to try to help you with the problem and you ignored her question.

Your accusations are lies. As a moderator for many years (a player, not a Plarium employee), I've seen CMs help all the players that they could help, including Russian ones after the Russian invasion started.

If you wish to discuss this further, no problem, but it'll have to be within the rules. Accusations, insults, etc. (like "you are scam company") will no longer be tolerated.

If you actually go through with it, unlike all others with such threats, I wish you good luck with the lawsuit (and I am not being sarcastic here).

у меня вопрос. когда появилась обнова о повышении резиденции.моим орденом выполненны были все условия.резу 22 ур.снесли..появилась галочка.что выполненно..затем захватили нужное количество коллоний...20.-ть галочка появилась.но исчезла галочка..что мы резу сносили ? и чтоб поднять резиденцию на 23 ур. нужно опять снести резу.22 ур. в чём подвох? если здесь нужна была какая то последовательность.то почему не предупредили?

мой  орден называется Козырные Тузы. 3-е место в рейтинге..всё сделанно..выше уже писала.дайте резиденцию 23 ур. или слабо?

Какого уровня была ваша резеденций, когда вы понижали резиденцию 22 уровня? Возможно, вы не были на 22 уровне в этот момент? В таком случае понижение не засчиталось. 

Olenka explained to me what you're asking. The problem is likely this:

1. You were at level 22.

2. Someone downgraded you to level 21.

3. You downgraded them to 21. The checkmark appeared.

At this point, their downgrade (from point 3) counted towards level 22 because you were at 21.

4. You upgraded back to level 22. The requirements are now reset.

When fulfilling requirements for 23, you need to be 22 (not 21).

So, what you were supposed to do instead is this:

1. You were at level 22.

2. Someone downgraded you to level 21.

3 (old 4). Upgrade back to 22.

4 (old 3). NOW downgrade the other Bastion to 21. The checkmark appears, but this time it is towards requirements for 23 (because you are now 22, not 21 like in the previous scenario).

На платформе Vkontakte игру закрывают с 16 февраля. Есть ли для игроков какое то решение о переносе аккаунтов на другие платформы?

Миграции игровых аккаунтов на другие сервера не предвидится. Можем предложить вам установить игру с помощью приложение Plarium Play. 

На платформе мой мир написали, что игру закрывают с 16 февраля.  а какого года? 2023 или 2024 ?

здрасвуте игровой портал плариум (ру) когда добавят новых колоний ? сервер расширился на очень многое пространство а кол даже 300 шт нет да еще с нынишним обстоятельсвом вы закрыли 4 сервера и сейчас пошло масовое добавление людей как играть всем в такой малой карте ? вы или делайте чтобы был интирес играть или так же закрывайте и здесь вы в последнее время на игру вообще ни чего ни делаете пора что то сделать одного кода подарочного мало для игры расширайте возможности игры 

Здравствуйте! вы написали что закрываете игру . mail.ru 16 февраля 2023 года, а вы проходите проходите  процесс ликвидации в налоговых органах?  и в каких городах у вас были сервера?  и как узнать кпп, где  были зарегистрированы ваши филиалы, для получения прибыли, с с легкостью зайдем на сайт налоговой и проверим процесс ликвидации! 

у меня остались рубины купленные за денежные средства, как вернуть  деньги за неиспользованные рубины  при закрытии игры.  на платформе ок и mail.ru

вы наверное шутите таки такие острова сгорают что сюда прийти и начинать с начала чтобы вы снова написали через энное время мы закрываем !!!! верните процесс сюда или создайте 2й сервес для ок с переносом  3й для вк и.т.д так как вы сделали мало кто сюда прийдёт !!
