There is only automatic disbanding of whole BHs, not kicking of single players. I asked a friend in a BH with such players, and he checked (just now) and he says that their longest inactive has been away for 57 days. So no, there is no automatic kicking.
We do occasionally get the question just like yours and - so far - it always turned out to be a case of some player kicking these (by mistake or malice, I don't know).
Given that it seems to be happening only in your BH at the moment, I still think it's not Plarium's doing, but I'll ask the Support to look into it.
In the mean time, parrot your ex-players, explain to them that you want them back, and ask them about Envoy's reports about being kicked. If the Support doesn't tell you who kicked them (not sure they can), then these reports might shed some light on it.
Addendum: they'll need the platform (Plarium/FB), the name of the map (The Pirate Bay/The Golden Coast/The Sirens' Strait), the coordinates of the BH's leader and the coordinates of at least one of the kicked players.
If you feel uncomfortable posting these publicly, send them to me by a direct message.
I think that he thinks that only the Leader and Advisors can boot cadets. In Main, Pirate Bay, I believe it is Scouts and above can boot cadets. Each Pl server varies as do the FB servers.Addendum: they'll need the platform (Plarium/FB), the name of the map (The Pirate Bay/The Golden Coast/The Sirens' Strait)... snip
Azhaar Laghari is on to something.
I asked further, and I learned this:
In other words, any player of the top 4 ranks could've kicked your inactive Cadets.
I also asked how are "inactive players" defined. It's those who haven't logged in for 2 weeks or longer.
I would also like to express my personal disagreement with how this works, which I also voiced to the Support agents (IMO, the rule should be ditched or there should be some logging of who kicked the players), but my complaints are very unlikely to change anything.
My reply probably won't make you happy, but I hope it at least explains what has happened and will help you reorganise for the future.
