That's a good guess. The same goes for cadets.

I have a feeling that gino.gevaert was a full member and this'll need to be looked at by an agent. Still, @gino.gevaert, can you confirm that you were indeed a full member (in terms that Icy explained and I expanded)?

Hello, Captains!

There are no bugs related to Brotherhood achievement rewards.

The rewards for the Brotherhood achievements cannot be received by a member in the following cases:

- the player joined the Brotherhood when the achievement had already been earned; 

- the player was on probation period in the Brotherhood when the achievement was earned (in this case the player will be able to receive the reward when his probation period is over);

- the player has already received the reward for the achievement in another Brotherhood.

In other cases, the rewards for the Brotherhood achievements are issued correctly.

Options 1 and 2 are not in order.

Option 3 should send a msg saying ; "you won but won't receive the reward cause you already received it " which I did NOT receive.

Such notifications are not sent. If you have already received the reward for the Brotherhood achievement, you will receive a letter that your Brotherhood has reached a new level of the achievement, but any rewards won't be offered.
