It takes a few hours for current ranking to reset so data not found is normal for mondays, just keep trying and refreshing
Recall all blockades and wait a week, otherwise you will need to double the total number of blocks every week.
Remeber that the key to success is waiting a week. You can actually recall them on Sunday and recapture them on Monday, after ranking is reset

Old blockades do not count for the current week, they become obsolete every monday and are useless to you. Eventually you will find yourself with thousands of worthless blocks. Many players make this mistake and you can see them in Pirates of Legend (all time)
The map is filled with these idiots' ancient blockades, and liberating them is doing them a favor lol, except that they foolishly recapture them immediately instead of waiting until after reset
