Looks like the Puffin had an update a few days ago. So there is an issue on its side. You'll be able to log in as soon as they fix it.

I understand you may feel confused but it is a browser game. So the best way to play it is on a PC.

This problem isnt a puffin problem. Plarium made some sort of change that does not allow flash browser to play on tablets and phones anymore . This happened to all the flash browsers at the same time. Why they did this I still dont quite understand. They said its the browsers we are using that are out of date   , yet everyone is having this problem at the same time with different browsers. Their solution is for you to play on the p.c. Thats not always realistic. Why did they change something that has worked flawlessly for the past 5 years. Why do we even need this load screen. Kabam never had it, it appeared after the switch over to the plarium server. This in my opinion is an inferior loading process. They changed the game and gave us nothing in return. It really does feel like they want to just kill the game. With so many people who use this why doesnt someone do something about it? They have other plarium games specifically built with apps with so much more animations than PTOF yet they cant develop an app for us? We have invested for more than 5 years do they not have enough of our money to develop this? I hear request for time, it leads me to believe that they think with time we will stop asking. In reality the more time that passes the more people play less and then drop off completely. This is common sense. Look at the amount of players that dropped off during the switch and the accounts that never received passwords for months and just said forget it i am taking my business elsewhere. Plarium you guys need to step it up , but how much longer is this going to take to fix this? 

Sergey if you read this can you please kick somebody's butt. It's been more than a week and many people would like this featured returned to us.

Hello. I understand your feelings. There were no changes from our side that could affect the game access. So we're absolutely sure that the issue is on the Puffin's side. I understand you may feel confused but let me remind you that it is not a mobile game. PTOF was created for PC browsers. And there are some things on mobile browsers that we can't affect directly. 

Will we create a separate app for this game? Who knows, maybe in the future we'll implement something like that. But for now, unfortunately, we have no current plans for this. 

So, for now, the only way playing this game on mobile devices is to wait until Puffin will fix this issue.
