Is there a server issue?? why I can not download the APP ?? It gets stuck at 30% every time and then goes back to 5% again. (already tried several times within the last 2 hours)

Though should add the detail why I had to uninstall the APP ... today I been having ultimate loading issues (stuck at 99%) and then after several minutes when game loads, everything goes so slow as if I just cleared cache (I didn't clear cache)

So as the best option I decided to re-install the game ... but now It seems I cannot even download it ...

And the issue had to be at the weekend ... A coincidence ?? or maybe someone behind that for a reason ... as the weekly reset would happen in nearly 12 hours :)
