When I go to some of my hearties havens to revive haven guards, I get the message, "This Capn' taint on yer list o'hearties" They are on my hearties list. Here is an image of the error. http://prntscr.com/fap60o Any ideas?

It is not an error, (unless this player is also on your list of Friends. It is possible that you see guards down but they have already been raised, or you tried to raise more than one)
Hearties/shipmates have no value in this game - you need Friends, not Accords/Parlays
If you are playing on the Pirate Bay server then your 'hearties' could be your worst enemy as they can get copies of your battle reports

Try removing him from your brethren court allies and also visit your plarium profile and remove him from your friends list, then clear your cache etc
then wait a day or two before adding him again - make sure that he is not on your blacklist (easy to add them by accident)
You definitely have a glych, but not a bug ... even so, it is not serious
p.s. does he have a dark corsair linked to your name? I can assume from your screenshot that you have one of his because his/her avatar has a skull
If in the following image if you can see the + then you're not friends with the haven you're visiting. Double check that then get back to us on the forum.
