You're not the only one and, unfortunately, I'm out of suggestions on how to deal with it.

Maybe just one minor thing: try replying to Support's automated e-mail, asking about the problem. Replies tend to get better responses than initial tickets.

Please, let us know if it worked, so others can try it as well.

They replied that they do not have a workaround right now? !!! Terribly

Now I have stuck 2 millions offense troops, stuck trade with sketches, so can not help my new mates, and stuck Wheel Of Fortune,

Therefore, I ask myself what I still need to be stuck to finally close account on the Plarium after three years, answer is probably only good friends, but the game has become totally unplayable, and with all change what goes for money players and yes as you said really need have good luck to work all good and play game normally

Edal, all issues with Units should be reported to Support Team. They will check which Units are stuck and pass this info to devs. Once our devs fix them for you, Support will let you know that it's ok now. 

Thanks Alyona, but i had reports lot of time from 26.10.2016  about wheel of fortune, ok , i understand they will solve it never..

Then have reports about can not trade with sketches from 09.04.2017. also they not resolve problems

Now i have this and answer is they gonna look if have some bug , how much now i need wait, couple months?

And i find what other have same problem on both ex Kabam server!!!!

Now when is finish presidio tournament i saw i have zero points even is my presidio attacked, my bh have 5 place and i lose rubies...

Same problem frozen troops no PMs

I have 7,600 troops stuck at a raid.  Will we loose these?  I didn't get the error message.

My Sent Raids, and Reinforcements are Stuck also. The game is Unplayable.,
