It's been 15 days and a number of members have not been able to log into their accounts when are you going to fix these access issues from the server switch?

Such players should contact our Support Team. There are no massive issues at the moment that would affect all players.

I'm not sure as well. But the best thing you can do in such cases is wait :)

Might be better to respond to the ticket and ask about it. Losing two weeks with an avatar that gives away that you're not logging in is a big deal.

This is a bigger issue than you think. I know several players that are having the issue. Most of them are thinking of giving up.
