
It might be nice, and more respectful to the players, If someone in an official capacity posted some sort of update on the issue, in a place that every player could see.
A lot of games I have played in the past, have an area in the support section for this purpose.
“Mushroom Theory” is counterproductive, as a good business practice. As a good end user client of this game, I am starting to formulate an unfavourable opinion, of the games owners and staff.

As an act of good faith, it might be an idea If Plarium gave every active player, who has purchased rubies in the last month 25,000 rubies free, and close this thread, giving any one who replied in it and extra 50,000 rubies free.

It does seem to be OK now. I have no official confirmations that the problem was completely resolved (let's be honest, it is Sunday), so I advise caution for a while longer...
Thank you all for patience, and if you had any considerable losses due to these problems, I suggest you try to get your units back via support tickets. As always, be detailed in your claims, include screenshots of the reports, and try to explain the best you can why the losses wouldn't have happened had this problem not occurred.

I hope ALL the players are out of game, not only few: the hits by heart slayers are just an itch but without see what is happening any Filibustiere feel not fully top peaceful... obviously if attacks continue by HS and we are not on line to preserve, our ticket to the support will not the only way we try to obtain satisfaction.
