since your site maintenance, I can not get available gold from smugglers den.  when I click the green button it removes a count from the stack but does not add the gold (I'm owed 2 stacks, because I tried it twice).  Rum and Lumber add fine.  Also, gold increases from doing dailies and mining.  It appears to be just smugglers den and just gold.

In the course researching this, I was eventually lead to a point where I should have been able to start a ticket.  However, even though it say submit a ticket below, the field or area below was just a white space and I could not type there.  It's bad when you have a problem and the place to get help is also broken.  Frustrating.
