Can't See New Letters
Just wanted to report that I cannot read new letters as shown in the notification... There's a notification of 2 new letters for me to read, but when I open the Inbox, nothing is shown.

This is an old bug that the devs are claiming to be fixing now.
If it's any consolation, the confirmed record (that I know of) is 11. 
It is also a general belief that these are not real parrots missing, but rather falsely reported new parrots that don't really exist. They seem to come from Anne Bonnie's automated messages.

Mine is at 7 (ghost) messages, plus ones under the "Tinker" tab, similar to your example posted above ;)

I've got a couple of bh members that are now up to 13 ghost messages I feel priviliged to have only 4
