BUMP!!!    It appears no one is paying attention to this issue.

Please let us know what is going to on to fix this huge problem

This is taking half of the game out of play.. can not do any defensive attacks. if you have no access to the ships and pirates that are in limbo.. stuck.. not moving. or going anywhere. The ones I sent to the Bastion which is not far from my location. should not take more than 2 hours to get there.  but it has been over 24 hours and they still are not in the Bastion..

Please be aware that a lot of players have sent in a ticket regarding this problem and it would be nice if we could be updated on the status of the problem through the forum.

NOT A SINGLE person knows anything yet, even though this bug appeared during the Bastion Showdown Tournament.

Units in Limbo, please fix this bug, units sent as an attack never reach the bastion, nor do they return.

Units sent as reinforcement never reach Bastion, nor do they return.

Apparently this has been going on for over 24 hours.

As said above, please submit a ticket to support, (LINK ABOVE)

Please remember we are just here as helping hands, giving advice, we are not the game developers

when such glitches happen in the game, the quickest way in fixing the issue is contacting support,

And i do understand, even i had to contact them before, but within a weeks time they had come and fixed my issue...

So all i ask is give them some time, and not 24hrs, as like any business or games 

The developers they have other players they have to reply to as well

Any updates.. I know it has not been a week.. but  I have 6656 unites tied up..  that I can not touch.   all Defense..   that I could use.  and I am sure everyone else is in the same boat..

I agree..   any updates you might hear..  since you have an ear closer to them than we do..  would be appreciated.. 

Being an Admin at a site myself.  I know how frustrating things like this can be for the staff.. but even I was able to contact the owner of the site... and they would keep me updated on what was going on with the server.  and keep me informed to tell the members of the site what was going on.

Usually a huge DDOS attack.  shutting it down  but this appears to be  a glitch in the programming.  and I understand that takes time to find the  X's and 0's  that need to be fixed or added to make ir right  again

Will  we need to take  screen shots of all of the ships and pirates we have in limbo. so in worst case scenario we can show.. this is what we lost whle trying to fix it.. so they can be accurately replaced..   I use windows snipping tool for that. .and I already did screen shots of all of my ships and crew in never Neverland ..   lol

only answer i got from them was ''you are on a wrong place , go to forum''  ....... and here on forum  they say go to support team......

 I also have troops stuck at bastion with game ticker saying troops entering bastion. This has been for days now and they wont complete task.

I have filled out system bug report, so please don't instruct me on this too!

I have tried recalling and canceling task this has not result.

Support is saying they can't help because not enough people are complaining... If 1 person complains that pays them money they should act. It is a problem that needs to be fixed. I have had 5000 troops in limbo for 5 days now and I know of at least 10 people that have complained from my BH alone...

Support advise us to talk to forum... So here I am... What's going on?

I would expect if more players went to Pirate Stronghold, Underway they would also see they have troops stuck if they attempted to reinforce during the last Bastion Showdown.

This issues has been brought to the attention of the Devs, and the next update, it should be fixed, 

Wed's are Plariums server updates.. so please hold on your sails till then....

Still nothing fixed.
