I was told to ask you: is your country set up correctly the payments options of the app? Click on his profile in the app, then go to "Settings", and then choose "Payment settings".
Hello ive just checked the payment settings and it was showing as Spain
Ive also checked in game again but the option is still not available, up until recently it was always available and there have no problems using it for a few years now
@Captain Pugwash , congratulations! You have successfully confused the Support! 😂 They have trouble figuring out what your problem is, and they are asking you to log out from Plarium Play, log back in, and then take a screenshot of your payment options after that.
I would add another question on top of that: are you maybe behind a VPN, TOR, or some similar network?

Hello sorry for the delay I had a hectic day yesterday. Im not using a vpn I live and work in Spain and my paypal account has been active with my bank for around 10 years with no problems.
I have just logged out and logged back in again and the problem is the same and also the same for another account I know of
No news yet. They are on it, but failing to figure it out.
