Several days in a row I tried to purchaase the silver coins and I get your error message.
I am trying to buy 1,000 coins, I have enough rubies. I cannot copy the error message either. It's the one that tells you to drink 99 beers etc. then it has an id and segment code.
Please fix.

Posting again because this is such a stupid error in the programing. I submitted a ticket, support folks have done nothing. Thanks Palrium.
The system allows you to buy less than 1,000. I bought 500 and 500 to get the 1,000 for the last level. It just took me 9 days to figure it out.
That's weird. Thank you for letting us know. It might help anyone else getting hit by this problem.
