You say that were supposed to get 15k rubies over the span of 3 days and that you got 10k rubies on the first day... and then you conclude that you're 15k rubies short? Can you explain that math to me, please?

Are you saying that you didn't get the promised rubies on days 2 and 3? If not that, please explain what your problem is.

I received the "bonus days" items but not the initial pack that went with them.

I understood the pack to be 15k rubies + extras, then an additional 3 days rewards

initial pack purchase 15k rubies + items

day 1   10k rubies + items

day 2    2.5k rubies + items

day 3   2.5k rubies + items

Usually the game shows you everything it is adding to your inventory when you purchase a pack.  I didn't get that screen.  Only a claim screen.  After claiming "day 1" I increased by 10k rubies and those promised day 1 items.  I never saw nor received the initial 15k rubies and bonus items that came with the pack itself. 

All total I understood it to be 30k in rubies with the $15 pack.  Never saw a pack like this so I bit the hook.  Maybe I just misunderstood the offer.  It is pretty common to see 15k in rubies in a $10 pack.  Since I was only allowed 1 purchase of this pack offer I thought maybe it was a double your pleasure Christmas offer at $5 more if you follow my logic.

That offer is split in days. What you see is all together, and when you click a "Schedule" button (or a similar text on it) you get the same stuff broken in days. There is no "initial pack". You get what you see, split over 3 days.

It sounds to me like you misunderstood it, but if you still think you didn't get everything promised, file a ticket here.

Personally, I think it's a bad offer, so I never took it and I don't have first-hand experience with it, but it's been around long enough to say that it very likely has no bugs.

If indeed that is how it should work then yes I misinterpreted the offer.  Ye be right.  Lamesauce indeed.  Not only do I get less actual rubies for more money I have to wait a total of 3 days to get them.
