Hi folks,
I reached a 60 day mark on the "Daily Crew Roster" which promises 200 rubies. I did not get any rubies.
I'm playing using Facebook using the Pirate Bay server. By in-game/Facebook name is "John Wolf". I'm in the Firehouse brotherhood.

Apologies for the late reply. I started typing it soon after you asked, but I only now realised I didn't finish it.
These rewards (rubies included) are applied at the reset, not when you click on the "Reward" button of Daily Rooster. So, the change is noticed if you check just before the reset (which is at 00:00 UTC) and then just after it.
I hope this explains it.
Btw, I never click those "Rewards" and I keep getting all of them. No problems there.
I'm not certain I fully understand the "reset" thing but I have rubies now, so that's what matters.

Certain things in the game "reset" at UTC midnight. For example, if you raid someone for 50k at 17:00 UTC today, (Thursday) you can raid them again next week, starting at 0:00 UTC on Thursday, i.e., raids counters reset at midnight UTC.
There are also weekly resets (for example, when weekly rankings are computed). These are on Mondays, 7:00 UTC.
