Spanish version of this game is not accepting accented vowels á, í, o´ and ú, as well as opening question ¿ and exclamation ¡ characters in any messages written in Spanish th this game.

It seems to be the case with other languages' special characters as well, and I think it was already reported, but I will check and poke them to address it. Thank you for reporting it.
I got a response for the above. Some languages special characters work, but not the Spanish ones (and those of some other languages as well). Apparently, there are some technical issues with them (they didn't say which), so these were turned off deliberately and will not be enabled any time soon.
They also advise you to avoid typing them in the chat because not only do they not work, but using them deletes whatever you wrote and you'll have to type your message again. I asked them to at least change that behaviour, but I don't know if or when they would do so.
