I am on a public computer and cannot download the app.
I tried to dl it to my flashdrive, it asks for admin info there as well, not applicable.
Any advice?

It sounds like you're not allowed to install apps on that computer, which is not something that Plarium can really fix. There is no stand-alone version of the app.
As for the browser, I wholeheartedly agree, but the browsers have dropped the support for Flash and Plarium didn't migrate to different tech, making the playing in the browser tricky.
Yes, was hoping app to flash drive, but, alas!
