I click the lastest update and downloaded it, then it says crashed

The updates tend to break. Please, uninstall the app completely, then install it fresh.

I would but it dissapeared on my apps list so I cant. Im going to take it to a tech to repair

Took it in and they wipe everything they could and it still wont re download. It keeps saying its already installed. So there will be nomore spending money for this game. I will make my good byes soon and delete it and post on facebook not play anything with Planrium.

Please try reinstalling the application by following these steps:
- open the command line with the Win + R key combination;
- enter the control panel, go to Uninstall programs and uninstall Plarium App;
- press Win + R, enter Regedit, then open the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \;
- delete both folders - Plarium and PlariumPlayInstaller;
- in the same registry editor, press Ctrl + F (keyboard shortcut for a quick search), type Plarium in the pop-up window and delete all the items associated with the name;
- after deleting all folders and files that consist plarium, reinstall the application from the official site plarium.com.
If these steps did not help you, please send us information about your operating system (RMB on My Computer -> Properties).
