Check the tournament's scores (click on the "!" button in that message) and see if the one who got the general first position has more points than you do.

Hello! If you get the in-game message with the list of rewards you should get them all. Rubies are credited to your in-game balance while Units go to your Harbor and items added to your Smuggler's Den.

The reward was received just after the event in which, as I explained, appeared as second in the general championship, (the first 5k of rubies and the second 4k of rubies).
I only received 4k at that time.
With the subsequent refinement of the list, I did not perceive the 1k of rubies that corresponded.
In fact at this moment I do not reach the 6k of rubies in my account as it should be.
