Hello, guys! Thank you for bringing this issue to my attention. The thing is that there is a glitch in the game and our devs are working on a fix. 

I expect that this issue will be solved with the next update of the game. 

It let me pardon a bonnie this morning.  I've reports of ACCESS DENIED message and troops not showing up.

I've forwarded this link to membership so they can give their own details if they desire.

I don't think it's fixed already. Pretty sure it just got confirmed today, when it was reported here.

I don't know what causes the bug, but it could easily be random, i.e., not affecting everybody (or not affecting everybody equally).

Also, I do expect them to tell us when they fix it. They usually do.
