There are no bugs related to Rubies' disappearance. The game is developed the way that the in-game currency can be spent only on in-game purchases. Please follow this article to learn where the Rubies are commonly spent.

If you consider the Rubies have been lost due to a bug, please provide us with the steps to reproduce the issue. Here is an instruction on how to report bugs.

Your not the only one missing rubies, I logged on tonight to find my account short 40k rubies. I had 95k last night, I haven't purchased anything because I have everything I use in storage, and I haven't disputed anything. My account should have 95k rubies not 55k. There is no action  on the support side, to file a ticket on missing rubies. Just one for negative rubies. SO how do I file a ticket? and how do you fill out a bug report on something like this to reproduce the error that has been reported when I went to bed last night, logged off and had 95k in rubies and logged in tonight and went to make a purchase of discounted nautical charts and noticed my rubies were missing? I didn't purchase any of the discounted nautical charts which is a bummer because the timer is going to run out before I get answers to this.

I just bought one to test it and it worked fine for me. Nevertheless, I'll report it, but I'll need you to specify which platform (Plarium (app included) or FB) and server (The Pirate Bay/The Golden Coast/Sirens' Strait) you're playing on, and at which coordinates, so that the Support can find you.

Hello! I've carefully checked your game logs. As I can see, you have 50,227 Rubies on your account balance on May 21. The same day you spent some Rubies on troops revive but the biggest number of them was spent on upgrading your Presidio from lvl.2 to lvl.3 (the price was 27,000 Rubies)

I am playing on web platform,  server Sirens' Strait, cords 601; 430. I get less rubies for every time I log on now. The reason I noticed this was I was saving to buy a new carpenter so I have even been treasure hunting just to discover I get less rather than more of the rubies,

Thank you for the account info. Can you just explain what exactly is missing?

You say that you get "less rubies for every time [you] log on". How many rubies do you expect when you log in and what should they be for? Did you buy one of the scheduled specials or where else are these rubies supposed to come from? The game doesn't just give rubies every time you log in, so I'm a bit at loss on what rubies are we discussing here.

Upgrading buildings takes only resources. Boosting that building can take your rubies.

Building haven improvements and fortifications also costs rubies.

Can you be very precise and tell me what exactly did you upgrade, from which level to which level, did you boost the upgrade, and how many rubies do you think you've lost on that?
