Cannot connect with my web browsers

The "to play in your browser, click here" is not a clickable link in either Firefox 61.0.2 (32-bit) or Mozilla SeaMonkey (2.49.3) on Windows 7 . I installed a fresh download of the Player App, but Task Manager reports it is a resource hog compared to browser play and I still cannot find a way to set it to load up to log into Pirates. It always loads with that annoying Viking screen (I have zero interest in pre-gunpowder civilization online games).

Anyone else having browser problems, or know of a fix for the app? Perhaps some command line switches?

I don't have any issues (apart from the usual ones) with the game.

Can you try in Google Chrome? Historically, the game worked best under that one.

Captain, I have tested the issue with the same browser version and the button worked. Could you please specify if you still experience the issue?

perhaps you are clicking a little to fast, I find that the link does not work until tthe "DOWN LOAD" link finishes loading.
