I'm on Pirates Tides of Fortune. The server is The Sirens Straight and it's a browser platform. My friends coordinates are x: -535; y: 435 and x: 524; y: 541
The player by these coordinates: x: -535; y: 435 has joined the game without invitation. I.e. the registration has been completed by the regular link.
As for the second friend, please check the coordinates once again. I have not found his Haven in the database.

A suggestion to rew16505 (and everyone else): in order to get your coordinates correctly, go to the map and click on haven't coordinates. It will copy the coordinates of that haven in form x; y. You can then paste those (Ctrl+V or Ctrl+Ins) anywhere where you normally type (forum, chat, parrots,...).
See here:
The image was darkened by me, to emphasise what to look for (i.e., that effect won't happen in the game). The "Copy Info" tooltip is a good sign that you're about to click the right thing, and the game will notify you when it copies the data.

-524; 541 That's the coordinates that I copied and pasted here. He's LVL 20 now. Why is it that both friends that joined were instantly added to my friends if they didn't join by the link that I sent them?
I suspect that agent Pavel was looking at the wrong server. Please, specify your platform (Plarium.com or Facebook) and the server (The Pirate Bay, The Golden Coast, Sirens' Straight), to make it easier for him to find out what the problem is.
Thank you for the detailed information!
I have checked both accounts and according to our data, they have registered in the game by a regular method. Or the registration by the link has been completed incorrectly. The account could have been added to friends list in case the registration has been aborted and the incomplete data has been delivered to the game server.
I know the only thing they did different from my other 2 friends that signed up was that after getting to the sign in page from the link I sent them for the game and choosing there names they chose to sign up by using the facebook link to sign up and the other one chose the google link to sign up. I really think that's something your techs should fix. So others don't get cheated out of rewards that should be credited to them because of a game glitch.
Pl sends them an email. They MUST click that link in the email or it is not valid.I know the only thing they did different from my other 2 friends that signed up was that after getting to the sign in page from the link I sent them for the game and choosing there names they chose to sign up by using the facebook link to sign up and the other one chose the google link to sign up.
