Hello, regarding Stuck troops, please submit the request the form "Stuck Units". Regarding the issue of your friend, you can find all the info in this topic and the issue should be solved by now. 

check your games and fix all the bugs... troops disappear when sent against TIs, galeons don t boost the raids, etc... stop the updates and fix all the bugs first. When the game will work without lags, bugs, etc, we ll see but for the moment, the game is becoming impossible to play... just saying
