Hello darryl64, I wish you the best of luck with finding a brotherhood hopefully someone spots your post, but for the meantime while waiting perhaps contemplate clicking the tab in game it will have a picture of a skull with two swords on it located on the right hand side of your screen , when you go into that tab you can look at the different brotherhoods and some will mention what requirements they have normally level requirement but also if there more fun focused or serious style etc 

and then you can apply to them directly, there are also different language brotherhoods such as English , french , German , Russian etc so feel free to look around and find what you think is best suited for you.
