I am very sorry for your loss. Gaining friends is the best part of the game and losing them is surely the worst. 
As for memorialising their haven, it used to be done via tickets, but not anymore. Please, provide their coordinates and I'll try to get the Support to do it for you.

and please ask them NOT to change name to a number - as that's what happened to another of our deceased players
