Your seriously are going to tell me they cannot remove it. That is funny and also only one thing I had mentioned. They can certainly change the triggers of the pop and they also can do something about the chat lag. 

There is no need for the pop up to happen while you are in chat. You are not idle, you are creating input in the chat ui. therefore not idle. The trigger should be coded for zero input meaning no one is there.

As for the chat lag, it is horrible and should be addressed. Nothing more frustrating than having to type in reverse gear in order for all letters to show up. If you type to fast then hit enter, it's like a box of chocolates,,,,,,,you never know what you are goning to get (cred Forrest Gump).

All these things can be fixed. It is whether or not Plarium chooses to do so.

Yes i am telling you the same thing that they tell me, & you can find it in many threads in this game and also in other one.

Yes you are not idle when chatting but developers could not find a solution which may track activity in chat & stop this ad from appearing. They had a hard time about this, i suppose they have stopped trying it now.
