I was always told they had to be maxed, always did them when resources were maxed
you said your resources where all 90%, that's not maxed, the lowest you can be is all three has to be 99% maxed...
and i believe you won't get the resource payout,
me on other hand makes sure I'm 100% maxed in all three resources............

The 2 girls from somewhere in east EU made a new start here in forum, shame that it did not last long.
you can ban or kick from game - I realy dont care and you will not loose a dime because I stoped spending on this game long ago, but if you think replyes like Blashemy are the way to go then you guyes a REALY lost.
