Maxed up how?
All my buildings are upgraded to the maxed and all my blood packs are signed now when xp tournament comes around I got nothing to do to gain points from it how? :(

XP Tournament is much more profitable for lower-level players, that's true. But high-level players have a lot of other Tournaments to participate in :)

actually the xp tourneys can still be competed in with success as I have recent placed like top ten in xp event and I don't have any buildings to upgrade and can only do one bloodpack at a time and they all now takes several days each. The secret is to push hard on raids battlegrounds and every other event going on and use the xp boosts. for XP events any activity gains XP so you can still earn good rewards for that event. However I think you meant a different event which I don't even bother to try to play. And for the life me of me cant remember what it is lol go figure. think it something like a event specifically for gaining levels on building character and bloodpacks so that event which never had great rewards is one higher levels cant even begin to compete in

No not that one the one with the green diamond symbol where they only count your bloodpacks and your buildings
