Hey! How can I (with as little effort as possible) get a list of all targets (in a certain radius) around me with meta data (x- and y, name, level, if in a clan and such).

Hypothetically, would it be against the rules to [try and] backward engineer the game data in an effort to obtain this data? I'm asking this so that I don't violate any rules, should there be any on this matter.
