Hi, I bought 3 lots of 500 tier II negotiation scrolls @ 1400 a time during the 30% off discount but I can't find my scrolls. Is this because I am not yet at the blood pact levels required to use them? Or am I looking in the wrong place? In the Items tab of the Black Market there is just the option to buy more negotiation scrolls. It doesn't show the ones I bought. I also looked in the My Items bag icon at the left hand side of the game screen but don't see them there either. I have just claimed some tournament awards and so have even more emeralds to spend but I am afraid to use them in case I get nothing in return again. The game took my emeralds but didn't give me the goods! I don't want the same to happen again with my remaining emeralds. This is also preventing me from making full use of the 30% discount on upgrades because I don't want to risk spending any more emeralds until the first scrolls that I bought turn up.

By the way does anybody know how many tier II scrolls are needed for the high levels of some of the later treaties. I have so far bought 1500 in 3 groups of 500. I have enough emeralds to buy 1000 more. Would that be too many? I don't want to waste them. But I don't know how long it will be till the next special offer (if there is one) if I leave them for now.
