This has been happening for over 3 to 4 months.
Whenever we raid some base in Nords; the travel time is twice of the actual time!
Say if I am going to raid a base. I press raid and put in my troops it says 44 mins. After I press send and look at the "In Transit" tab it is 22 mins.. It may not seem like an issue but after a long time it becomes a big inconvenience. Please do something about it...

Please clarify if the time is doubled in the Send window and is the issue related to certain troops?
Also, please specify the plattform where you play.
I have this issue too and a few others have also said that they have it.
