we have just finished the prouess Dragon killer lvl 5
the reward is 500 nightstalkers. all my player received the message but only half can get the 500 nightstalkers
they are in my clan since more 2 weeks
what's happen?
can you do something for them please, ?

The reward for a Clan achievement cannot be received by a member in the following cases:
- the player joined the Clan when the achievement had already been earned;
- the player was on probation period in the Clan when the achievement was earned ( in this case the player will be able to receive the reward when his probation period is over );
- the player had already received the reward for the achievement in another Clan.
In other cases, the rewards for the Clan achievements are issued to players correctly.
