my wife cant get her game to work. when she trys to open it, it keeps saying "running" and never opens. we dont know what to do? i feel so bad for her as mine works  fine and she cant play. we play the together all the time sitting next to each other, and now we no longer can. please help. we dont want to get it somewhere else and start over as shes pretty far in the game. her email is [email protected]  .
