Daily Bonus Issue unresolved

On April 12th, I was unable to collect my Daily Bonus. I was on day 24, and really didn't want to fall back to Day 1 because of their glitch/error. See, the exclamation was there in the menu, but the Claim button was missing. I took screeenshots and sent in a ticket. On the 14th, they responded that they knew about the issue and it would be fixed in their next updat(I have an iPhone). They said they added gems as a gift. I have no idea how many. But I'm sure it was minscule. I replied again that I didn't want gems. I really wanted support to just put me back to 24 days. I love this game and tend to spend a good amount of money on packages. I know, lame isn't it. 

They responded back on the 23rd stating I hadn't collect my Daily Bonus on the 21st. If that's so, why am I on Day 10 right now.  The support team doesn't give a rat's behind about the players. They tried blaming me when it was an outright lie. Starting to think, I need to just stop investing money and go somewhere else. Just find it so frustrating that I got that final response. 

I do have Autism. Im not high on the spectrum like my beautiful daughter, but things like this really upset me. Just wondering if anyone else had these kinds of issues with the support team?

The Daily Bonus issue you experienced was a known glitch, and thankfully, it was resolved in a previous update.
